Open field – 2,000 & Field with 50 meter hall – 3,000, Total – 7,600 Persons

If the client cancels or postpones or shifts any event date (s) or venue (s), charges will be applicable on total venue rent as per the chart below:

1. Between 90 to 61 Days – 40%
2. Between 60 to 31 Days – 50%
3. 30 Days or Less 100% – (No Refund)
For Exceptional Circumstances:
Refund Conditions:
Full refund if the event is affected by natural calamities (such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes) or national emergencies.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 30 to 45 days of the cancellation, depending on the intensity of the situation.
